the answer to the op depends on how you define humanity. for me it is much more than this anatomy.

Right... if being human is simple anatomy... then the answer is the same regardless of what organism you plug into the question. "When is a dog no longer a dog?", "When is a tree no longer a tree?"
It may help to ask when we think we became "human". For instance, were Neanderthal's human? |
