10641 Torture?
Hi. I'm not one to usually hang out in Paranoia, but I thought this should go here. I was poking around a Fark thread today and found this link:
http://www.10641.com What it contains is a guy claiming he got a DVD in the mail with no return address that had several video clips of what appeared to be prisoners being tortued. He's got two small clips on the site. I must say I'm naturally a skeptic, and especially with the very small size of the video samples, and the black and white you can hardly see anything. Nevertheless it makes one wonder about what really goes on in prison camps...

Ummmm...
Yeah, that's disturbing. Not going to count on those videos' authenticity but sure is food for thought. Anxious to hear what others have to say about this one.

Eh, without seeing more of the video it is hard to say anything. Like you mentioned the quality is low and it is short. Nothing that I saw really turned my stomach. The person doing the intoregation may have been a bit agressive but that was all. That and I do not understand the backstory. This guy just happened to get a DVD in the mail? Was it addressed to him or was it sent to the wrong person? And the video is an hour long and not that low quality stuff, he said he did that to save bandwith sooo.... Where is the rest of the video? In the mean time I would lean towards either some sort of scam or political agenda thing...

A politically charged guy (judging on all the links and knowledge he has on the subject) 'accidentally' gets a video of people being tortured. Based on his commentary on knowing what kind of video timing stuff there is, etc. I'm inclined to believe it's all a political farse.

There's something wrong about this. It almost looks like acting. I can't place anything for certain but its still disturbing. I can't get the "clearer" streams where I am, so.... hmm...

if its true its disturbing, if its not its even more disturbing...
