I used to have a recurring dream whenever I had a fever. The whole dream was just what you see when the TV is all fuzzy. Thing is, each little dot would "fight" each other, as if they were territorial over their space. I say "fight" loosely because it was just an in-dream assumption based on my in-dream observation of the movement of each little dot. Funny thing is, one time both my older brother and I each had a fever, and we BOTH had that exact same dream.
Another recurring dream when I was little was actually pretty silly, but at the time it scared the crap out of me. I was Peter Rabbit, and I was being chased by Bigfoot. I would climb up a ladder, and once I reached the top of the building, Bigfoot would grab me. Just as he grabbed me, I was no longer Peter Rabbit, but a watcher instead, as I would watch Bigfoot tear Peter Rabbit apart piece by piece, limb by limb. Then the bad guy from Robocop ("Red" form That 70's Show) would show up on an adjacent rooftop, scream something at Bigfoot, whip out Robocop's gun and blast Bigfoot away. I'd then wake up. This dream isn't recurring, but it was strange as heck. I fell asleep listening to Power 106 (a rap station), and my dream showed a bunch of skulls lined up in a flaming environment; flames engulfing the skulls while some Satanic music was being played (again the term "Satanic" was an in-dream assumption, but pretty much it was some creepy organ music with chanting). The dream would occasionally cut to a group of people learning martial arts, and for some reason I knew that they were followers of some evil person, planning to take over a country or something. It would then cut back to the flaming skulls, while the music played consistently. I woke up in the middle of the night, and that exact same music was playing on the radio! I turned off the radio and fell back asleep. When I woke up, I looked at the radio to make sure no one had changed the station, and it was still on Power 106. Funny thing is this: I was living in Santa Clarita at the time, and Power 106 doesn't work in Santa Clarita (at least it didn't when I was there) because it's in a Canyon and the radio waves don't reach there. Another non-recurring dream I had was me viewing different people dieing in different ways and in different situations. Each person was so vivid and unique. An asian man drowned himself as an act of suicide. A little girl's face was covered in large boils that exploded. Some people were shot, and many I can't remember. I woke up crying, and my grandmother came in asking what had happened in my dream. I told her, and she told me that, before I woke her up, she just had a dream that there was a volcano in L.A., and that we had to escape by helicopter, only the pilot accidentally flew over the volcano just as it erupted. Thing is, one of the people in MY dream died from flying a helicopter over a volcano. Odd. |

I have a fear of the dentist and every once in a while I'll dream about my teeth crumbling. My teeth will just rot and fall out. You know the taste you get when you get a cavity filled? That taste fills my mouth and all my teeth fall out. It's weird and it freaks me out. I'll have that dream a couple times a year.

At least once a month for the last 15 years I have a dream that I am floating high abov a crossroads on a large flat plain. The ground is perfectly smooth, no rocks or plants. Then for a second everything disappears. When it reappears I see the same crossroads but everything is covered with thick black cords. I start to hear a screaming sound and I wake up scared out of my mind.

I used to have this really freaky recurring dream when I was younger...
I am walking along a street, a couple of blocks from my house (in the city of my birth, in Russia), and as I walk, I notice on the other side of the street there are several very large open graves, freshly dug. The gravestones are somehow eminating an aura of fear, like they are monsters of some sort. Suddenly I'm pulled through the air by some force (that I know is coming from the scary gravestones), and fall right into one of those graves. Its very deep, and I land pretty hard. It takes me a few moments before I can get up again. I try to climb out, but just as soon as I climb out, once again that mysterious force sucks me right back down again. This goes on over and over until I wake up shivering. VERY creepy.
