Anyone NOT like Incubus?
 

I haven't bumped into anyone that has actually mentioned that they do not like Incubus. IMO they are an absolutely awesome band. Great beats and lyrics. I can listen to they're albums repeatedly with no probs. Anyone here NOT like them?

Loved the hidden songs on erm, science, really good.

I like them, they are one of my favorite bands. Too bad that the bassist left the group.

After my senior class picked "Drive" as the class song I lost all love for Incubus that I ever had.

Wait, why would having the song as your senior song ruin them fo ryou? They are an awsome band. I would saw off my left arm by mself at any desired speed to see them live... that or wait up online to buy tickets next time they are in my area. but should you like a band, over playing one song should not ruin them fo ryou, especially with the diversity seen within the incubus cds from Fungus amungus to morning View

I guess you guys are unaware of how a class song works:

You take a song, play it one million times on the town radio station, here is every day of the last week leading up to graduation, as well as everyone else blasting it out of their car stereos all over town. It's called overkill, fellas.

And besides, I wanted the Deftone's "Back to school" to win.:D

But I still love S.C.I.E.N.C.E., I might add.

I see.... I'm guess it's a small town.... I been in Miami all my life and our song doesn't get played repeatedly. It hardly gets played, we hear it a couple of times here and there in a few asseblies or something.... Then once at our Prom, maybe at grad, and you're done with it..... But I can see your point.

Anyone seeing them at Lollapalooza

I'm not going, but I like Incubus. Their songs are played a good amount, but not too much around here.

I went to the last lollapalooza before they stop having them and I don't think I'll have money to go to this one.

SCIENCE is okay, I can't deal with any of their other stuff though.

Well, I can't say that I hate them since I've never heard of them.

I don't get the big deal with them....
Their music is pop. It's hard[ish], and well performed, but it's still pop.
Their lyrics read like a 9th grader's diary... *yawn*

Of course, I havn't heard a rock band I liked in almost 10 years, so, maybe my opinion doesn't count...

I don't like them... At all

I don't like their music at all. Didn't stop me from going to their concert early last year though...and meeting them after the show (it worked like this, if I went to the Incubus concert with a friend he'd go with me to the Tool concert...small price to pay). They were actually friendly, and you know, seemed genuinely interested in their fans, instead of treating it like a chore. Being friendly to fans does not good music make though.

I like the first two albums when they still had balls behind their music... now it's alterni-teen soft love crap.

Incubus tries way too fucking hard. They aim for the intelligent listeners; but they miss and hit little teenie-boppers in the face.

All that aside, they're simply OK. A very bland sort of OK. They're not disgustingly irritating, but still...

i don't especially like them but i can stand them

I'm a h8r, but they make teeny-boppers happy.
