U2 concert tomorrow night. What time should I arrive? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I'm going to the Vertigo tour's opening night tomorrow and I'm not sure what time I should arrive for general admission. The concert starts at 7:30 with an opening band. I'd like to be anywhere from front row to maybe 15 "people-rows" back from the stage. The concert is at the San Diego Sports Arena.

hmmmmmmmm..... well, because i am such a freaking die hard U2 fan (who wasn't able to get a GA ticket unfortunately), i would get there as early as possible. i.e. when the doors open. but that's just me. if you want to be close to the stage, i would suggest getting there at least half an hour before hand.

People will be lining up before the doors open to get into the GA area, so you might want to arrive ahead of the doors opening in anticipation of that.

If the tickets say the show starts at 7:30, when can I expect the doors to open? The tickets don't say.

try calling the venue where the concert is. the person who answers the phone might know, and if they don't, i'm sure they could get an answer for you pretty quick.

Location: West Linn, OR	hmmmmmmmm..... well, because i am such a freaking die hard U2 fan (who wasn't able to get a GA ticket unfortunately), i would get there as early as possible. i.e. when the doors open. but that's just me. if you want to be close to the stage, i would suggest getting there at least half an hour before hand.
