I need some help please

I am trying to find the name of this tune

It was found on a automotive website with the file name "Japan.MP3"

But I suspect that Is not the true name of the tune.

The website with the "Japan tune" never replied when a Inquire was e-mailed to them about the name of the tune.

Please feel free to repost this wma file on other forums If you think It may help In Identifying the name of the tune, or the artist that recorded It.
