Which 10 songs will stop your channel surfing?
Let's say you're in the car and you hit the SCAN button on the radio. Which 10 songs are guaranteed to make you stop the scan and listen to the whole song before you continue scanning?
Hey Jude - Beatles Help! - Beatles Never My Love - Association Brick House - Commodores Midnight at the Oasis - Maria Muldaur Amie - Pure Prairie League Bitch - Meredith Brooks Layla - Derek and the Dominos Radar Love - Golden Earring Weakness in Me - Joan Armatrading |
Don't tend to channel surf on the radio...
I dunno which 10 to pick, it's almost like list your 10 favourite songs, lol. Sorry, maybe I'll come up with a list later... |
Well first off probably anything by Pink Floyd, Queen, Yes, Bad Company and Rush will probably make me stop immediately...umm damn that would take me a lotta time to think of some shit right off the bat...and then narrowing it down to 10 would be hard too.
Asta!! |
If I am listening to the radio I need to be distracted, so these songs would do the trick.
AC/DC - Money Talks Goldfrap - Strict Machine U2 - Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out Chemical Brothers - Block Rockin' Beats Deee-Lite - Groove Is In The Heart Elvis vs JXL - A Little Less Conversation Fluke - Atom Bomb Guns n' Roses - Paradise City Pulp - Common People Goldfrap and Fluke would be unlikelly on the radio...but the others might show up. |
in no particular order
Super Freak-Rick James Bitch-Meredith Brooks Tainted Love-Soft Cell Hotel California-Eagles November Rain-Guns and Roses Fat Bottom Girls-Queen anything by Barry Manilow anything by ABBA In the year 2525-Zager and Evans Ode to Billy Joe-Bobbie Gentry |
November Rain is probably still my fave song of all time.

Don't really have any, except for Desperado, by the Eagles, at which point I just stop whatever I'm doing and stare.
