europe - good music starting to become public domain?
i remember reading that the copyright for music in europe was only for 50 years. I also remember the RIAA tried fighting the EU about this, but I really doubt they ever suceeded. So, anybody in Europe enjoying free/incredibly cheap music because of this? I know the 50's is about when music became very popular. Didn't Elvis begin in 54?....hmmmm
