The other day I was asked a simple but very hard to answer question...

How many nicknames are there for guitar?

All I could think of was Ax and Git Box?

Any others?

I've heard them called screatcherrs, hammers, guitfiddles. That's all I can think of, I'll ask my guitarist friend.

I just heard from my buddy that they are called "Pushers"... because they are like drugs I guess? I don't know why he called them that either?

All my friend IRL think I'm crazy when I call a guitar a Gitbox. Glad you mentioned that as one to verify that I am not crazy.
