Is there a new Beastie Boys single/album out there? "Ch-Check It Out?"???????????? I saw the video for it (pretty good) and I went to Amazon.com to check it out but I couldn't find anything. Does anyone know if there is an album out or coming out? Much appreciated.

There is an album coming out, next month I believe. I read about it in Rolling Stone and I think the title was 'to the five boroughs' or something like that. Google it.

It's out on the 17th JUNE in England. I've heard 4 or 5 tracks from it on the radio. Sounds pretty good to my ears.

They're playing live on - http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/jowhiley/ - on Friday morning, some time between 9am - 12am (GMT) and you can listen in on this here internet thingumajig.

Why buy a new BB album, when you can just listen to the old ones... they all sound pretty much the same...

I like the Beastie Boys. No offense to Liscense to Ill, it was a good album for its time, but it really wasn't very good lyric-wise. Their newer stuff has some great, very inventive lyrics. Their old stuff... well...

As for the Beastie Boys, i really like the epp of futuromma with them in it. I've liked what i've heard of them musicaly too.

josh, he's talking to The Original King about his Reverend Horton Heat avatar, they have a new album upcoming.

Mine is Richard D James and it has the Aphex Twin logo over him from the Selected Ambient Works albums.
