Does anyone know this song?
Does anyone know the name of the song in this commercial: http://home.pcmagic.net/amazinghl/pontiac.mpg
|
never heard it before
|
at first it reminded me a little bit of david grey, then it got a little too artificial for him and i knew it wasn't... you could probably find out if you emailed pontiac's marketing group, though...
|
its probably not a band. Its most likely a studio production just for the commercial.
|
do you think it would be a full length song then simon, or just a little 20 second piece?
|
im guessing its only as long as the commercial.
Why, do you want to know? |
That song doesn't sound familiar but I know that one of the newest Subaru commercials has a Jon Spencer song playing. Rock and Roll.
The Blues Explosion is number one! |

Search on Kazaa or WinMX for "pontiac" or "pontiac commercial"
I was stuck on a volkswagon commercial and found it on there :) Or you can email pontiac and ask, they would probally be happy to tell you. |
the name of your song is>>>>
This is not just a song that pontiac wrote up. This is a valad band that gave permission to use their song for thier commercial. The name of the band is "Kasabian" and the song title that your looking for is "Club foot". Hope this helps on your quest to find your song!!! Good luck!

wow, i think this is the most delayed bump of i thread i've ever seen here!
|
Agreed, anleja. I'm trying to figure out how pianoman joined yesterday, found this old thread, and happened to have the answer as well. If it is, in fact, the answer...
...OK, just checked out my usual source, the AdTunes forum. This song is in a current Pontiac ad, but that ad was released in March 2005, and the song (according to iTunes) was released in January 2005. So, almost correct, but the OP was from 2004, so that was probably a different song. |
