i saw primus this tuesday at the grady cole center in charlotte, and DAMN!!! was i blown away. when i arrived and realized that the show was being held in a college basketball court, my expectations dropped a little, and even more so when the opening band dropped and the show started almost an hour late. to my surprise, the show les claypool put on was, honestly speaking, the best fucking show i have EVER seen. i don't tend to get caught up in the group mentality, but the emotion in that room was some of the strongest i have ever felt. i thought there was going to be a riot when they started playing "here come the bastards". for any primus fans out there, can i recommend attending the tour de frommage if you get a chance, and if not at least get the "animals should not act like humans" cd/dvd. anybody else see the show?

After I saw the Motley Crue- Behind the Music, I wished I had been their roadie. They got more ass than a toilet seat!

im a roadie for pennywise..its not that fun..well it is..but you really dont see that many chicks back stage

i wasn't going to go cause my paycheck was shit, but the guy i was going with was like "what the fuck do you mean you're backing out?? get in your fucking truck and take me to charlotte, i got your primus ticket covered." it was great...les claypool wearing a latex pig mask and making fun of g.w. bush (also a latex mask). the slap base was off the hook (dunno if that's what it's called, one string with some sort of tightening bar and he was just slapping the shit out of it with the bow)

I saw Primus right when they released Antipop.. awesome show.. I'll never forget it.

Their latest CD/DVD isn't bad, either.. like how they have all the Film Clips (Music Videos) on the DVD.

rolling stones forty licks tour.
these old guys still know how to get the sexiest 20year olds to come back stage and party.
i wouldn't mind being a roadie for those guys just once.
