Seriously? Roxy Music - More Than This. My dear wife gets all slippery by the third note, and it's one of the very few really excellent love songs.

Less Seriously? Infectious Grooves - the entire "The Plague that makes your Booty Move" album, but most particularly "Monster Skank" and "You Lie and your Breath Stank!".

For some reason whenever I take my pants off either Carmina Burana - O Fortuna or Thus Spoke Zarathustra seem to come out of nowhere.... don't know why though.

Though for Valentine's day, I'd say the best song would be Adam Sandler's at a medium pace...
