new mp3 player
I just bough the creative NOMAD Muvo NX 128MB and I love it.
http://www.americas.creative.com/pro...maincategory=2 Works just like you hope it would. Has a belt/pocket attachment and and arm band attachment which makes it good for working out. I take it with me when i go on bike rides. Plus, it's portable storage and sound recorder. |
How long does the battery last? Is the sound quality pretty decent? Do you have experience with any similar products that you can compare it to? It looks pretty cool so any additional info would be appreciated.

Well, firebirdta, please allow me to elaborate.
I can play my MP3s or WMAs for up to 12 hours on one AAA battery. I have found the sound quality to be superb compared to conventional portable CD players, however, this is the first hard drive based MP3 player I have used. It's my hot pick of the summer. But don't take my word for it! By the way, your gramar is exceptionally decent. |
I got a SOny MD player.. Sounds good, and was pretty cheap, runs for months on 1 AA battery...
i like it.. it works, never skipped yet. so thumbs up from me |
waiting for a portable player that has both FLAC/Ogg-Vorbis support before I buy anything. Would really like MPC support as well, but could live without it.
do not have any naaasty WMV files and and my only MP3 files are what I DL from Emusic. |
It looks pretty & HD based Mp3 players are the way to go.
1 question buddy, Why did you go for creative instead of apple? Ive heard loooads of nice things about thier iPod. |
I checked it out and the Muvo 2 looks nicer, finally a decent sized HD thats not too large (1.5 gb), and hopefully a smaller pricetag then the 6+ gig ipods.
Edit: found the price, $229 if anyones interested... |
