my whole body hurts now and it brings back bad memories of being thrown off a bike into the side of a mountain, thankfully it was INTO the mtn and not OFF the mtn

I hate to say it, but that's why you don't do 80 mph on little twisty backroads (I think I saw 130 on the speedometer, and I suspect that was kilometers per hour).

I was thinking the same thing PT after I watched it again. It looks rather small to be a deer.

A risk of hauling ass in the woods. Maybe if they were doing a reasonable speed it would not have happened. I hope no one got hurt.

I almost hit a 300# black bear on a 3-wheeler once at 45 MPH. That would have hurt.

The dude with the camera was doing about 111 when the guy in front his the deer (think it was a baby), but I can't be sure if it was miles per hour or kilometers. Either way, that was pretty fucked up.

Yeah, basically hitting anything at speed is going to cause trouble. My friend's prelude SH did not like meeting up with a raccoon at 80mph. Can you say Broken front bumper and headlight? Plus all the gross parts

Yeah this goes through my head while I ride my R1 but hey you can't let the fear hold you back that is why the leather jacket and helmet are a must. I think the speed was in Kilometers and the bike was a Kawasaki ZX-9 maybe I thought it might be a ZRX 1100 but I think it was more of a Ninja type bike. In a word ouch had to hurt. I saw another video where the bike that hit the deer was the camera bike and it was on a straight and a much higher speed. When you watched it at regular speed the picture just blinks into static you had to slow it down to see the deer come halfway into frame before the bike hits it.
