David Koresh's 1968 camaro

Hey all I thought you might get a kick out of this heard this on the morning radio guys I listen to and did a search the site is
http://www.kruseinternational.com/home/index.asp it is a auction house pretty cool cars there.. I pasted this below from the web site.. Gibb

Formally owned by David Koresh of the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas. His title to the car is included. This car was pushed out of the way by a tank during the DEA/ATF seige of the compound. It has been restored inlcuding new paint, rebuilt motor, new tires. David Koresh stamped the car near the VIN on the block - "Davides 427 Go God" and it can be seen clearly. Everything on the car is the way he had it before the seige. Vehicle was originally purchased by a dealer who bought it off of the DEA and their lawyers. This was his every day driver. Even with out the history, this vehicle is extremely desireable and collectible!

ENGINE - V-8
CU IN - 427
TRANS TYPE - Manual
EXT COLOR - Black
INT COLOR - Black

You know what, thats a very nice Camero. The stamping in the motor is a bit over the top. Wonder if it was the insperation for the tune "Jesus Built My Hot Rod"? The owner will go down in history as a whackjob, I would hope the history of this car with a new owner fairs much better.

without drawing this thread into the mud, I would like to comment on the Branch Dividian episode. Why did they deem in necessary to burst into the compound? Could they not have sent a UPS driver with a package from JEGS? :-)

Whole thing was gonzo, and our Government should be held to a higher standard to ensure that stupid blunders such as this dont happen again

oh I forgot, it already has..........

Discussion about Waco or other government action is best suited for politics.

What I must ask about the car is: does it have one of those Jesus fish badges on the back?

Also, your link doesn't work.
