Problem with my avenger

i have a 1995 dodge avenger es and its kinda broken. the passenger front wheel sticks out of the body by like a half inch or so. i have lowered it on an adjustable setup and put new tire on it. the problem causes a vibration and well seems to be tearing through parts lkeft and right. getting kinda costly. need help of any kind to try and figure the problem out. its not the camber or anything its the actual whole tire assembly. when you look down the side of the car the rear wheel and the others all sit fine and in their spots. however you can see the front actuall sitting almost outside the car. please help me.
