Wrapping up winter project: What did you do?

Im finishing up my winter project this year. I worked on getting my interior looking presentable in my 924. I need to order a some new injectors and a few more parts before I will reinsure my car this spring but iv got about a month gap here before my parts will arive via air mail. Iv got some before, after and during pictures below:

Before:

Seat before installtion:

Interior (before seat installation):

Im not sure if iv posted a photo of my car here before so you can see this one also for an exterior shot:

Id say things went well and it is a big visual improvement. I also installed some sound deading that was MIA from my floorpans so im hoping it cuts down interior noise. The only real problem I had was with the molded carpeting I had bought, it was simply cut wrong from the factory in a few places and would not physicaly fit. So I cut out a peice for the centercolumn and patched together my old carpet with a few peices from the new carpet. All the seams are hidden so it dosn't look to bad but it still really pissed me off.

What had everyone else been working on over the winter? how are your projects coming? It would be nice to see more posts about Titled Motors members personal rides instead of dreamcars and concept cars.

Did you replace the steering wheel as well? I noticed it was different in the first picture than in the rest

yes, I did. Porsche had an extra option for a 4 spoke wheel. The wheel diamter is smaller while having a thicker grasp and it looks better IMO. Im also a man giant and was thinking about getting an aftermarket wheel to facilitate the fit but this wheel is a big improvment. The car is very roomy for a compact.

i still have 30 more parts to finish up on our CNC for a new racecar. Custom calipers, rotors, diffhousing, diff-carrier, rocker arms, and tons of crap. Learning MasterCAM today did help out a lot though, no more programming parts by hand. I'll post some pics as soon as I can take some.
