If anybody will build it, Chrysler will.
read about it before. love the design (maybe not the taillights)
looks decent except for the taillights like Tech said, doubt it will see the light of day although with Benz in there you never know.
Horray for concept vehices!
I dunno if i like the cab forwad design...but otherwise its looks pretty sweet |
Well if anyone will build it though, they would. You see the "crazy" designs all the time but remember when the Viper was the crazy design? Flipping V10 in a 2 door coupe, no side windows (they had clip ins, but they were not a retractable window), side pipes and a radio was an option! Granted since then the car became much more refined but the first couple years were hard core to say the least.
Ok thats not Chrysler building that, its Benz.......
They are trying to keep up with the Cady Cien! |
I thought that Benz (AMG) was only building the engine??
Anyways, the engine in that thing is crazy. They had some goals that they wanted to meet and they met them pretty well. Don't really like the design as much though. But considering the price is a lot lower compared to the Enzo, I would take it anyday regardless of the looks :D |
gimme
Dammm,that is a car

Well maybe they are only building the Engine......but hell I didn't know top speed was 240 Mph, I think we got a new fastest car. |
now that is bad azz
Hay Carumba! Now that's a supercar!
7 speed.... that would be interesting. Imaging blowing the engine... "oops, forgot there was a 7th gear" heh
I read about that car being in concept before the Daimler take over of Chrysler, I think it's good they are building one, the only real "supercar" American made is the S7, and while well represented by that, those Italians kick our ass!

At first I thought "throw out those taillights!" but actually...that's a pretty hot car and the taillights fit it well. Looking forward to seeing that thing move.
I'm not crazy about the taillights, but I bet they'd look cool lit up at night.
We seem to be liking it, now we just need Sixate to come in and tell us how much he hates it ;) |
5.9L V12 (Cool!)
850 hp (Holy Shit!) 850 lb-ft (Holy Shit!!) RWD (Check..) 7-spd manual (7? Too many..) Curb Weight: 2860# (Check..) 0-60: 2.9 s (Holy Shit!) 0-100: under 6.5 s (Holy Shit!!) 1/4 mile: under 11 s (Holy Shit!!!) Proj Top Speed: 240 mph (Holy Shit!!!!) Projected Base Price = $450,000 (Bullshit!) |
I agree with most people here, that it's a mint car apart from the tailights. The most interesting bit about the car is that it was designed and built from scratch in 11 months. That's very impressive (although Audi managed the same with their Le Mans Quattro concept).
i'll stick with the bugatti, it kicks ass more
12 cylinders, 4 turbochargers
a turbo for every three cylinders drool... |
