After driving one of these around Spain for a week, I'm obsessed. It's a fun car to drive, and I'd love to own one. Hopefully after saving my pennies, I'll be able to own one sometime next year.

I'm waiting to see the aftermarket stuff from Dinan... IMHO the Works is a great brand, but it's pricey.

I think that there's plenty of aftermarket out there...

Didn't see it... heard it was a great advert for the MINI...most MINI dealers had a Italian Job run and got lots of MINIs to go to the drive ins and such. Must have looked really cool...

heard the video game sucked.

Haha never played the game, not surprised to hear it sucked...if you like MINIs that much I'd watch it just for them...at least borrow it from a friend or something. The rest of the movie as I'm sure you've heard, got mixed reviews. I liked it. But yeah, gotta see the MINIs

Usually I like to get to the Titty Board... but I didn't need to go there today.

This is the only car I have ever wanted. Before it existed I didn't care about cars at all. Then I saw one and decided I needed one.

I hear you all on the Cooper Works aftermarket being pricey, but don't forget that anything but Cooper Worksparts will void the warranty...

This may sound like a dumb question, but how tall is too tall for a mini? I'd love to have a mini, but I'm a bit afraid that I'm too tall.

according to the MINIUSA.COM FAQ, a person as tall as 6'7 would be comfortable

Not bad little cars IMO. I wouldn't want to get rear ended by a 3500 Cummins Diesel though.

got to watch Italian Job on the plane trip over to London.... was pretty sweet watching them drive around on the Sepulveda Dam area...
