I have a Coolant Leak and not sure where?

I am a FOOL! I let my mom drive my car only to later find out something bad was going to happen. She said the coolant light came on so she pulled into a gas station and called someone else for a ride. When I got to my car, I bought coolant and drove it home and everything was fine. But when I came out to my car later there was coolant all over the ground. So I start investigating and find out the leak is by the fireware so my first guess was the heater core or the 2 hoses going to it. But, of course it couldn't be that simple!!! Its not the heater core or the hoses connected to it, but its a hose coming out of the firewall. The wierd thing is, the hose looks like it has a factory cut on it. Its a perfectly straight cut, so now I'm thinking that there is a part missing or the hose was designed to let out excess coolant. ???? Not sure what the problem is but if anyone could help that would be great. I have a 90 beretta. Thanks

you're bleeder valve could have fallen off, or gotten stuck open... this happened on my eclipse, cost like 25 bucks to fix... hopefully that's all it is

It sounds like you are describing the drain hose for the evaporator. When the A/C is on water condenses on the evaporator and runs off and drains out that drain. If the heater core leaks antifreeze the antifreeze will pour out that drain as well. So more than likely your heater core is leaking.

I had a 1991 Beretta GT...I had the exact same problem with it....I got some radiator sealer and it worked fine.....It sounds like the hose u see coolant leaking from is the overflow....mine was over the left or right tire i cant remember which.
