Just bought a 1989 Jeep Cherokee need help
 

First of all if anyone knows a good site with a lot of info about these trucks please help. But I bought this cherokee lorado with 205K miles on it. It is the inline 6 and 4x4. I need to figure out how to get my hand brake working, not sure if my back brakes are even working. Engine seems fine but I am only getting like 15-18 MPG not sure if this is normal or if I need to get it looked at. Any suggestions on a cheap exhaust. Also a good way to mount a spare on the roof rack. Thanks guys
