I LOVE *both* my volkswagens...
'90 Corrado (tunin' it up - needin' some cash) '95 Golf (bought for $500, got it running well, and having some fun in lieu of driving my beloved corrado) I promise I'll get an old Van and Bug some day.... Oh, and the V10 TDI Touareg I saw on the road looked miiiighty appealing *drool* |
VW ads always had a wry sense of humor about their car and I think it worked favorably in their marketing campaigns. They generally seem more serious now adays.
The only VeeDub I ever owned was a '72 Karmann Ghia convertible ...it was a fun, economical little bugger. |
