350 for a 4-Runner

Thinking about putting a chevy 350 in my 1991 Toyota 4-Runner. Wondering if anyone out there might have some pointers. Thanks

I don't know too much about it, but is there a way to put a 350 in and keep a manual transmission? I have an 85 pickup and the little 22R isn't cutting it on grades with 36" Super Swampers...

not sure bout an 85, but 91 is no prob. to get a conversion kit for. And from what i understand, manual tran. is a must. i've been told that the toyota trans. are some of the best made
