My Truck
I love my truck. I needed to get a Christmas tree last week, and it was there for me!

LOL...using the term "truck" very lightly I see...probably the most radical unintended use I used my car (a grand am) for was when I used it as a tow truck to tow a broke down chrysler sebring, doesn't seem too far of a stretch well my grand am is a 4 cylinder 5-speed and the sebring was a V6 automatic.

I use my explorer as a bed/shelter camping sometimes...

Saw a convertible Porsche with a 12 foot long ladder sitting in the passenger seat once.

I can and have hooked up a trailer to the back of my volvo wagon and hauled a pallet, which wieghs a ton (2000lbs), of pellet stove fuel from the mason supply to the house.
Of course without a loading dock or fork lift, the whole kit and caboodle still needs to be unloaded bag by bag. I was always impressed with capabilities of my one ton v70r :) -bear |
I like to go off roading in my cars. Ive done things in Toyota Celicas and Chevy Sprints that would blow your mind. Hell, Ive taken them places 4wd's have had problems getting through.

Back to topic, I had a couple convertables and used them to haul stuff all the time. I sold appliances and tv's when I was young and would offer to deliver microwaves and tv's all the time, shit I delivred dishwasher and stuff too. Any excuse to go for a ride and smoke a bone. Man we used to get so f***ed up at work. Those were the good old days. bodypainter, you have one sweet truck! |
