Ohio Bike Permit
I have a question..
My friend told me you can get a motorcycle permit (which allows you to do pretty much anything you want by yourself, except you need a helmet?) in the state of Ohio with a suspended or revoked drivers liscense. That doesn't sound right, is that true?
