Serpent
 

serpentine lashes placed below the brow
shaving away life from the eternal flow of the evolutionary mind
bound behind the eye its tail spins and flickers
raising its toungue to guard away dust and tears
a circling fan of iris and bloody blue
boiling within a glass contaner capsized;
the negotiating eye
never aroused
only dazed to utter levels of confusion and latency
crowds are parted by the wind that is spread by the movement of hand and scale
a deep carving of talons that rake accross the only pure thoughts that can be found lingering upon your face
when the dragon awakes emotion becomes enslaved
raging buckets of sweat diing into pores of whispered promises
we are now hardened.
let the serpent dance.

I really liked the continuing metaphor of an argument being a snake, and the depth of you describing it from beginning to end.

This perfectly described the humor of how most arguments are never logical.
