Happy, Amused
On the inside I cry
I long to be loved
On the outside Im smiling
Confiedent, unmoved

Than I appear on the out
And that is jsut me
On the Inside and Out

I like this line:

Than I appear on the out

It's a nice change from saying "outside" and the reader knows what you mean.

I know the feeling. Starting a new job or moving some place new helps to raise my self esteem. Just trying to help.

I feel like I've read this before but I know that I haven't. I really like it. It is very expressive in a way that most people don't even think about. You have talent with words whether you want to believe me or not!
