US Savings Bonds abroad
I was just rummaging through some stuff and came across $250 worth of US Savings Bonds. Now, my question is, must I be in the states to cash these, or is there some way I can do so overseas?
I am not planning, unfortunately, on travelling to the states anytime soon, and I could use $250 right about now.. Let me know, if anyone has the answer...
