Dove firming lotion

Here's a link to the stuff: http://www.dove.com/your_skin/bn_firming_lotion.asp

My question is this, if this firms your skin (I'm a male) could it be used to make someone look stronger. If it's tightening the skin on someone in shape, wouldn't it make muscles more prominent?

Why would anybody want a firm dove?

Try it. I doubt you'd get an effect anyone would notice but that's your call. You could also try preparation H. Don't know which would be the stronger.

There just aren't any short cuts. All firming lotion - like Preperation H - do is shrink the skin. PH is useful for the face, especially around the eys and mouth, and mainly for photos or if you are an actor. That's how it work on rhoids. I doubt a quart of the stuff across your shoulders will help much or for long.

They had a spot on one of those horrid "news" programs last night about this stuff. The conclusion was that it hid the problem and didn't "fix" it.. Just like thingstodo said..

Any massaging will improve skin's appearance and massaging something that temporarily shrinks it is going to give false notion that it works in firming it up. I sure wouldn't waste my money on that...I'll save for lipo
