Ok, I tried this out and it's nuts. 8 minutes never seemed like a whole lot, but you go none stop. now when building muscle, I've heard it's best to take a few days rest in between work out sessions so your muscles can build back after getting beaten during workouts. Considering how intensive (or at least, they are intensive for me) 8 min abs are, how often should I do these exercises per week?

You need one day of rest in between for your muscles to get the message to bulk up, so work out a day, rest a day. That's 3 - 4 days a week.
If you work out every day - you won't bulk up but you'll tone up. If you work out less than once a week, you're not going to see the results you're hoping for at all. |
