Ok, I tried this out and it's nuts. 8 minutes never seemed like a whole lot, but you go none stop. now when building muscle, I've heard it's best to take a few days rest in between work out sessions so your muscles can build back after getting beaten during workouts. Considering how intensive (or at least, they are intensive for me) 8 min abs are, how often should I do these exercises per week?

You need one day of rest in between for your muscles to get the message to bulk up, so work out a day, rest a day. That's 3 - 4 days a week.

If you work out every day - you won't bulk up but you'll tone up. If you work out less than once a week, you're not going to see the results you're hoping for at all.

What? Toning up simply means having less fat covering up your muscles. Your muscles don't actually "tone" up. They just get more noticeable because you have less flab hiding them. Working out every dayh will not tone you up. It will only deprive your body of a chance to rest.

If you want to bulk up faster, do the exercises with more weight. If you want to get toned then change your diet and do more cardio and all around fat burning exercises, as well as work out your muscle groups.

Wow. I found the video on the internet in swf form and I like it. There's also 8-minute arms too. I'm going to try that right now. Thanks!!!
