careful eating fish.
Two nights ago almostaugust was almost toast.
I was eating dinner with gfs family, when i got a slight irritating feeling in the back of my throat. It was a fish bone. It had got past my teeth and stabbed itself into my throat. I spent 11 hours in emergency in hospital. It was nasty. My warning to you all is be careful when eating fish. Please. |
Not so much being careful, fish just needs to be prepared properly.... but bad luck anyway.

Sounds horrible, almost as bad as my uncle swallowing a toothpick on accident...you can guess which way it became lodged (horizonatlly).

Oh, man. I always watch carefully when eating fish with bones. And I eat very few of those!!

One can also try the home remedy of eating bananas to dislodge the fish bone.
