Well Winter is almost over. And with every winter it has taken its cold bitter toll on my body! :P Looking forward to the warm weather to get me more active again! I dont want to think about the weight I have gained... if only it was muscle mass! lol. And now that is more to work off! :P Stupid winter blues... I can never beat them! I need to more somewhere warm I suppose.

Just wanted to share my building enthusiasm with everyone so that anyone with the same problem as me can start getting psyched!

...that and FORCING yourself to go outside like you would during the summer. i had nasty seasonal depression and it's considerably reduced itself since college and walking to class every day.

Seems everyone I know is down in the dumps right now, another couple of weeks and things start to green up, it will ease up. Tanning helps, and I have been adding St. john wort to my vitamins. Oh...lucky us..expecting another dump of snow on Saturday...joy freekin joy.
