Lactose intolerance
Anyone else here that works out heavily, Lactose Intolerant? I am and I find that most weight gainers are heavy on the milk products. So I have learned that lactose supplements are all well and good but they seem to be hit and miss. I am looking for alternative ways to get around this. Anyone else know of a good weight gainer that isn't so heavy on the weight gainers?
Oh and yeah whey protein powders seem to be fine as long as they aren't heavy on milk by products. |
