air in my neck?

When i tilt my head back i sometimes hear like air or bubbles in my neck, sort of like a leak in a hose type thing, iunno how to explain it.

Is it a hissing? A crackling? A squeak?

It is likely just the cervical bones in your spine moving if it is a bubbly, crackling sound.
