weight gainer/protein shakes
 

i stopped taking these about a year ago but i still have them, they are expired now and i am wondering what exactly is expired, i did taste it and it actually tastes better. it doesnt seem that the amino acids in it would expire this early?? if i decided to start taking it again, would it have the same effect, or would anything in it that is supposed 'expired' harm me?
