Can anyone diagnose these symptoms?

Lately, I've been having these problems:

I've been having fevers almost constantly over the past week, but not excessively high ones. I've also had severe throat pain that can only be soothed when I eat or drink. I think it's my tonsils but I'm unsure. I've just felt kinda ache like the flu, but I know it's not that; I don't have a stuffed nose or any other flu-like symptoms. When I get up from sitting or lying, my head starts to really hurt and I feel almost dizzy or light headed.. as if I want to just fall over.

The weirdest thing is when I'm all but completely healthy again, today I went out and played baseball for maybe 10 minutes. At that point, however, I started to feel really weak, craving sugar. All I wanted to do was run in and eat like a box of Reeses or something else that's really sweet. After going in and eating a ton of candy and an ice cream cone, I felt better. Why does this happen? Sometimes I fear I have a tumor or diabetes or something, but I'm not going to doctor to get it checked out. Have any of you come across these feelings before?

If you are feeling really week, and getting fevers it could be anemia. I really don't know about the sore throat, or the head ache. Could be many things. Dude, just go to the doctor. Get him or her to check you out. Cus with symptoms like those it could be so many different things, and none of us can "properly" diagnose you. Hope you feel better.

Why not go to a doctor? If it's something serious like a tumour or diabetes it'd be very dangerous not to get it checked out.

Herpes can cause you to have a fever feel light headed and makes your throat hurt if you have it in the mouth.

I no longer have any sickness, but I fatigue so easily, and my body can't take vigorous activity anymore. I'm only 18, but a few months ago I could go through a day of school and intense running for hours. Now, after simply playing baseball for a half hour I feel like I'm going to faint from exhaustion. I feel light headed, and I crave candy or sugar. Plus, at night my ankles ache so badly. They feel like they're extremely swollen, but there is no sign of that. I have no idea what it is, but it used to be a major problem during track, and it's gotten worse lately.

And I've never had sexual activity, so it's not an STD.

One other issue I have is whenever I get up from lying down I have trouble seeing for a couple of seconds - almost like I'm blacking out. There have been times when this has happened and I've almost collapsed, but after a minute I'm back to normal. Odd stuff.

I don't mean to concern you - -but I am going to concern you -- Symptoms you are describing could be
Mono
flu-like symptoms
headache
general fatigue
fever
puffy eyes
poor appetite.

Later symptoms include may include a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes and enlarged spleen or liver.

Or Diabetes
The classic symptoms of diabetes are:

frequent urination, with large volumes of urine (polyuria),
excessive thirst (polydipsia),
hunger (polyphagia), and
weight loss.
Other symptoms might include:
fatigue,
blurry vision,
odd aches and pains,
dry mouth,
dry or itchy skin,
impotence (in a male),
vaginal yeast infections (in a female),
poor healing of cuts and scrapes, or
excessive or unusual infections.

Both of these conditions are treatable - it's more than likely nothing, but -- you never know -- just go...

According to my doctor, by age 18, 70% of people have been exposed enough to show a false positive on a mono test, even if not currently infected. If it happens around age 10, it can just look like a cold.

That's called "orthostatic hypotension." Fancy way of saying your blood pressure drops too low when you stand up. The rest of it sounds a whole lot like mono. GO TO A DOCTOR, THEY DON'T BITE, THEY WON'T HURT YOU.

Thank you for the help. I'm going to call my physical therapist tomorrow because I only feel comfortable talking with him. I have anxiety, so I get all worked up about doing anything such as going to go see a strange doctor.

I just looked up orthostatic hypotension, and it directed me to anemia. I took a look at the symptoms of anemia, and I seem to be a candidate for it. They also mention diabetes or heart complications with orthostatic hypotension.

I think I have orthostatic hypotension, every so often when I move from a sitting to a standing, I will get dizzy, lose my balance, and my vision will "white out". I think it may be anemia, I don't eat alot of red meat. At least thats what I hope it is.
