3 day headache, medicine doesnt help?

Hey all, im kinda worried and debating whether I should see a doctor or not, but I went running the other day ( haven't really run in like a year or so) and ran 2 miles, really worked myself, and ever since then i've had a headache. Now i'm use to having a headache after i run really hard or something, its just my thing, but i've had this headache for over 3 days now, and right now while im typing this letter it has gotten a WHOLE lot worse.....like when i move my head, my entire neck / head / face throbs.

I'm wondering if anyone has ever had this problem or has any info on it?

Did you eat something unusual after you ran?

Have you been sleeping?

have you taken any kind of medication other than aspirin before the headache?
Stopped taking any medication? (shaking and headache could be withdrawl symptoms)
Been out of the country.

Running a fever?

I would call a doctor to be on the safe side. It may have absolutely nothing to do with your run.

Have you been drinking enough liquids? Dehydration can certainly cause headaches.

yeah, it sounds like dehydration. When I first started in the news business, I didn't carry water around with me and I'd get bigtime dehydrated when I'd be at a live scene from 9am until 11pm. I'd have exactly the same symptoms you're describing. You need to be drinking almost constantly when it's hot out and you're exerting yourself.

well i called my brother (i <3 my brother, he's so coo, best brother ever) and he said that it sounds like dehydration, told me to just start drinking water, and don't stop until tomorrow night, then i can slow down on drinking water lol. so i have, and it helped, but guess what..... i puked ALL OVER my entire kitchen, i hate jack-in-the-box now, because i got to eat some of it a second time.... against my will...... = /
