hehe, i guess im just the opposite, i love taco spice helps flavor egg whites and only has 120 mg of salt, maybe its the brand though? ive never had any problem with ortega taco sauce.

sorry for lack of puncuation, i broke my wrist yesterday and its so fucking hard to type with 1 hand and the hand your nottt good with

I love hot sauce, but hey've come out with some milder ones lately, maybe you should give one of those a try.

Try drinking milk with your food, instead of water. Some people are more sensitive to the spicy foods. Their stomachs can overreact with excess acid and too much can irritate. Also you could take an antiacid before had to help neutralize the extra acid. Pepcid works well for me.
