Pilates
So I just ordered Winsor Pilates off the site, and I was wondering if it was a good buy. I went to a Pilates class tonight (my first one ever), and the instructor sucked. Luckily, I had a friend with me who has done Pilates before and she raised my spirits. So I'm really into it. Is the DVD worth it, or should I find better classes somewhere?

My girlfriend has some of the DVD's and I've done a few with her. I think they are pretty good, but challenging, but my flexibility sucks. It really focuses on your mid section, so it should be great for your abs, lover back, obliques.
