Weird sensation in my calf/knee...

So I was doing my back routine including back dips (where you dip down and then lift your torso up while laying horizontally) and I felt a strange sensation in my leg, almost a warm feeling. I wouldn't say it hurt, but it was odd. So I took a break, I didnt really feel any pain or anything, and I did some other exercises. Eventually I went back and after a few reps I got the warming sensation again. So I stopped. I did the entire rest of my workout without a problem. I then went to stretch, and while stretching my legs I felt the sensation again, so I ceased stretching.

Fast forward about 5 days later, I haven't had any problems, and I do my entire chest workout and I go to stretch again, and I get the same sensation. Now the morning after, today, my left leg just seems kind of out of it. Like it doesn't have all of its strength. I can still walk fine, although with a slight limp that I doubt anyone can notice except me, and I can walk up stairs. But I can't shake this weird, tense feeling that is kind of around my calf but also a little bit under the inside of my knee. Any ideas? I'm thinking a torn tendon? What should I do?

I don't quite understand what your back dips are. Are you lying on your spine? Could it possibly be a neurological problem? I've gotten a similar sensation when I was in a car accident and had some back "sprain" once things got straightened out and inflammation went down I felt like the strength came back.

Another thought is that it could be circulation. B vitamins and Calcium are both helpful with that. I used to get terrible leg cramps when I was pregnant. I know this isn't a leg cramp but mine were caused by the lack of circulation. When I started taking a Bcomplex suppliment and calcium suppliments I got relief.

Two ideas for you anyway. It wouldn't hurt to see a Dr about this. If it is related to either kind of problem then it's something they should look at.

This might help
