Nightmares

ok, this might sound silly to some of you.. But,
I want to have nightmares , alot. I love being scared and there the ultimate feeling. I cant find any information on this.
Anyone out there know?

p.s. not sure if this was the right are to ask, but it seemed reasonable.

lucid dreaming would be the only way i could think of where you could really control it. do a search for it, i think there was a thread about it somewhere on tfp.

I don't know if this will do it or not, but I remember my BioPsych professor talking about increased levels of serotonin causing increased and wierd dreams. He said something about serotonin suppliments might cause this. But he was pretty brief on the subject.

Think about it as you're going to sleep, watch horror movies, and eat a lot right before going to bed (that last one also makes you gain weight fast.)

Theres something about my ex girlfriends bedroom that gives me nightmares. I think that dreamcatcher in her window is on backwards or something.

Perhaps if you stop sleeping with your ex-girlfriend, the nightmares will go away?

I always get weird dreams when I'm overheated. So throw on an extra blanket. A big, heavy one so you'll dream you're being crushed.
