Rodney, you are so right. The trouble is that you never know what thing will strike your fancy. And there are addictions to physical activity, such as gambling.

And addictions are different from obsessions, which go away after you experience them for a while. I'm that way about golf. Since I live in the north I have to take a break in the winter, so I can really enjoy playing all the time in the warmer months.

It is possible to be healthy and be a smoker. You all do realize this? I eat well, go to the doctor, ride my bicycle everyday, rock climb. There is a big misconception that if you smoke that every other part of you life is unhealthy. I am very healthy... I just choose to smoke out of pure pleasure.

I may have agreed with you 15 years ago. Now I don't. I smoked 19+ years and denied that it was hurting me for the first 15. Now I know better.

Are you willing to give up your healthy activities because you can't breathe? It happens.

I smoke and think it's disgusting.. I've tried a few ways to quit, but I have no willpower and don't want to lose any more hair from the stress of quitting.
