Herbal Tea

Anyone a big fan of herbal tea?

I really like peppermint tea, aside form the nice health benefits, like settling the stomach after a meal and a nice calming effect, it tastes really good. Anyone have a favourite tea, or recommend one to try?

I've had camomile (sp?) and one called relaxing but they're pretty standard. I also quite like the fruit ones and lemon, but we never seem to have them in the cupboard....hmm rambling on here....

Herbal teas are good -- we have peppermint from time to time. Camomile (I can't spell it either) messes with my head; the last time I had some, I actually spaced out a little bit. Some people react to it that way, I read later.

Most of the time, I must confess, we drink Irish Breakfast from Twinings, loose (not in bags); got a zillion empty little metal boxes to show for it.

I'm not much of a tea person - never have been. I've tried all sorts of kinds but couldn't find one I liked without loading it with sugar and or honey.

i don't really think you're meant to put sugar or honey with herbal tea?
And definantly not milk. Although i don't think sugar or honey would do much for me.

I am not talking about regular black tea, that stuff is pretty bad.

I dunno, probably not though. It was the only way I could sweeten it up enough to drink.

I quite like green tea and jasmine tea.

Heh, they always come in really groovy looking tin too.

I recently got hooked on green tea. I am a manly man and I tell people it's coffee.
