Martel 08-08-2003 07:41 PM

Nothing :)

Mael 08-08-2003 07:55 PM

cereal with banana's in it is a fav. of mine. occasionally on special occasions (ie, i get up before 2pm) i might make eggs and toast, but usually i just have an energy bar or shake, slimfast or something like that. i like simple breakfasts.

Recoil 08-10-2003 08:44 PM

I have a bowl of Cereal with a milk shake that consists of Weight gain powder and egg whites. Then have a muffin or banana on the commute to the gym. Also drink A LOT of water in the morning so that by the time I get to work I take them looooong beer like pisses.

On weekends its SAUSAGES! around two with weight gain powder again but without any eggs. Lots of water again too

drawerfixer 08-10-2003 08:49 PM

Nice bowl of Smart Start , followed by some yogurt with granola, washed down with a swig of pulpless OJ.

almostaugust 08-11-2003 03:29 AM

winsecure 08-11-2003 05:00 AM

Usually a Balance bar (peanut butter & chocolate) and a bottle of gatorade

Sparhawk 08-11-2003 05:44 AM

fat free yogurt and juice.

cliche 08-11-2003 06:27 AM

Lots of cereal (usu about 4 bowls) with skimmed milk, maybe some toast if I'm hungry (ps I'm not fat!)

s8ins child 08-11-2003 06:43 AM

I know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but i am never hungry in the morning so i tend to spread Breakfast over a couple of hours eating when i am hungry.

absorbentishe 08-11-2003 06:49 AM

Coffee, and lots of it!

onetime2 08-11-2003 07:31 AM

English Muffin with PB&J and a chocolate milk. When I'm eral hungry I'll go with a pancake from the cafeteria.

stinkynutz 08-11-2003 01:18 PM

2 scoops of Isopure Perfect: Zero Carb - strawberry flavored. mixed with a big glass of water.
and a shot of grape juice to wash out the not so pleasant after-taste.

Loup 08-11-2003 02:15 PM

Cold cereal with skim milk and 30 minutes later either oatmeal or peanut butter on a bageal. Both with a glass of skim milk.

Bobaphat 08-11-2003 03:36 PM

I like to have 1/2 cup cottage cheese, mixed with 1/2 cup yogurt. good mix of protein and carbs

yoshi 08-11-2003 04:16 PM

coffee and bacon

theinfamous 08-11-2003 07:14 PM

a scoop of whey in skim milk, multivitamin, cup of oatmeal, and a banana

jhericurl21 08-11-2003 08:40 PM

nothing

Jadey 08-11-2003 09:47 PM

I am never hungry in the morning but I FORCE myself to eat a bowl of cereal and two peices of wheat toast with grape jelly. Also, I will have a glass of fruit juice (OJ, Punch, Grape juice, whatever)

lafemmefatale 08-11-2003 10:02 PM

random...leftovers, yogurt, toast, whatever looks edible.

Plan9Senior 08-11-2003 11:47 PM

Cream of wheat and a protein shake.

bernadette 08-11-2003 11:52 PM

first off coffee or tea
orange juice

then whatever is leftover from dinner last night or a boca burger or a can of soup...

i rarely eat traditional "breakfast" foods.
sometimes on sunday maybe once every month or 2 i'll make scrambled eggs.

zubrei 08-17-2003 07:49 AM

Glass of milk before I go to the gym. Then train for an hour, go to work where I have a banana and a yogurt. The weekend I tend not to bother with breakfast.

The health kick has officially started.

cliv 08-17-2003 09:04 AM

Half a protein bar and half a banana and a multi-vitamin.

It provides protien, carbs (but not too many), fat (just a little) and some fiber. Then I try to have something healthy a couple hours later if I have time.

JohnnyRock 08-18-2003 05:48 AM

Bowl of All Bran with a couple of scoops of Designer Whey protein and rice milk. after a workout--don't eat pre, unless I'm starving then it's a bar or maybe just a banana.

skinbag 08-18-2003 11:56 AM

Everyday I have tea and cinnamon toast first thing to wake up, followed a couple hours later by protein, usually baked beans. I digest them well by themselves, so no crude jokes..hehe

cowlick 08-18-2003 12:02 PM

Gym Days: Apple before workout, PB+J after workout
Non gym days:
* oatmeal with peanut butter or
* yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit and peanut butter
* yogurt or cottage cheese with cereal.
* vegetable omlette with 1 egg, 2 egg beaters

Most important for me is getting some fat in the morning so I can have that slow burn energy all day.

billyball2 08-18-2003 01:26 PM

Egg-white omlette with a piece of cheese

Coffee

Water

Banana

kalashnikov 08-22-2003 12:22 AM

I generally can't take food before maybe 10AM (an exception to this being in highschool, I could eat donuts by the handful if someone brought them into advisory.) If i go to a restaurant i can eat breakfast, but i don't do it often - corned beef hash and eggs is my favorite.
During the school year at college I don't eat til lunch, and in the summer I usually have english muffins or waffles around 11 or 12. Smartstart is good when I am trying to get some healthy stuff in me.

Leviathan[NCV] 08-22-2003 06:39 AM

Three eggs, a protien shake, and lots o water.

Get the day started right...

RemyLebeau97 08-23-2003 11:31 PM

Cold cereal, milk, piece of fruit (banana most of the time sometimes apples or grapes) and my multi vitamin.

kalisto_911 08-25-2003 12:57 PM

Maybe if my old-as-death-itself Farmhouse had any insulation I would gulp down some cereal and a ton of water but I tend to resort to Oatmeal in the winter since it is so f**king COLD here in Wisconsin!

a1t3r3g0 08-25-2003 02:03 PM

Well, when I was at home I'd have oatmeal (two packets worth) made with skim milk.

Now that I'm back in my dorm room.. nothing until I can get in a routine. I've got a microfridge so I can make oatmeal with the built in microwave, BUT the fridge can't hold much; there's not really any room for milk.

I like oatmeal cause it keeps me full for quite a while.
