				macrobiotic diet?
My Kung Fu Sifu has been pushing this diet like the gospel. Anyone on it right now? It seems like a total life change and very complicated. I have kids and I don't want to cook more than one meal a night. I really don't see my kids eating like this. I can't get them to eat the food I cook now! All of these new diets that are so strict and regimented scare me. I love to eat! I love good food, which is why even though I work out everyday I am still about 15 pounds over my target weight. At what point should your diet run your life? |

| Observant Ruminant Location: Rich Wannabe Hippie Town | Sounds like you've talked yourself out of it; good. I've known a few guys who tried it and a) you've got to try really hard to do it right, b) health problems are possible, and c) and I know people just as healthy as them who eat conventional diets. Get exercise, buy and eat high quality nutritious food, consume in moderation, and you'll be all right. |
