does anyone know what i could possibly search in google to find some guides relating to well, anything really. but i'm looking for what to do if..

say what to do if you are bullied, what to do if you have a heart attack, what to do if you are in a crisis.. i am helping my friend with a section of her site, and we are looking for stuff like that
