Part of the reason I enjoyed university my first year wasn't because it was some higher realm of learning, it was just open to outside ideas; less structured. My first Philosophy paper I did was for the allegory of the cave, and I think I made reference to an episode of Saved by the Bell, and John Cusak, and The Lion King. I got the highest mark in the class. That doesn't happen much though.

It really bugs me that I have to wait for hours, early on a Saturday
morning....for people to start posting on TFP...

Damn you people with a life.

- That announcement message box that says "Welcome to TFP.. blah blah" everytime I visit TFP. I have to click "OK" and its really annoying.

1) Sporks. All the forking ability of a spoon and slightly more scooping ability than a fork.
2) The phrase “I could care less.” It's "I couldn't care less."
3) Hair in the drain (especially others’).
4) People who yell WOOOOO! What the hell is the point of this?
5) People who can't spell or use proper grammar and are proud of it.
6) People who respond without making an effort to listen and understand.
7) Salesmen who keep talking to me after I say “I’m just looking.” If I need more information, I’ll ask.
8) Green lights that only let 2-3 people through before turning red.
9) Airline seats. Why can't I be allowed to put my head back?
10) Drivers who merge onto the freeway at 10 or more under the limit.
11) People who try to get me to “open up.” If I’m answering all of your questions in three words or less and looking away from you, I’m not interested in talking to you. Learn how to take a fucking hint.
12) People who insist that something be done in a certain way, for no good reason.

Yes, yes, and yes. All should of been on my list. Especially numbers 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, oh, and did I mention 6? Fuck I hate number 6!

13) People telling me to smile, especially in situations where they know I have a good reason not to be happy (like having an EMT bandage a cut that will require stitches)

I usually tell people to shove it in such situations.

1) HATE emails with religious messages, angels, sweet sayings, etc. I even sent a message to everyone on my list to please stop forwarding that crap. Lasted about two weeks before it started up again. *sigh*
2) People who expect something for nothing, specially where I work. You want a $7 portrait? Go to Walmart....
3) Fast food workers who can't read or speak English. It says NO CHEESE on the board....
4) Pain. I'm a wimp.
5) People who know they have a problem but excuse it instead of fix it. The boss is going deaf . Does she go across the street and get tested for a hearing aid? No, she just says, "huh?" or misunderstands. She'll even say, "I can't hear" and expect everyone to compensate.
6) Being asked "What's wrong" if I'm not smiling. My natural expression is one of sadness or apathy. Get over it.
7) Viagra and Cialis commercials.
8) Anyone who finds the need to knock down what others like. You NASCAR haters know who you are...knock it off and let me enjoy it.
9) People who say, "Nice camera. Must take great photos." No, it doesn't take any photos. I do, with its help.
10) High heels.
11) Being talked to by techies on the phone who assume I'm a moron and address me as such. I know how to work a computer, thank you. Address the issue as a professional, not my mother.
