Brushing your teeth every???
i have a question regarding this: Is there a real benefit to brushing teeth after every meal you have as long as you have the resources to do it (like being at home or at work after lunch)?
Thanks. |
In addition to brushing twice a day and flossing once a day, I don't think so. To me, that would cover any plaque buildup or whatever. You would have better breathe if you brushed after every meal but there are breath mints for that. It cannot hurt if you do brush after every meal though. Ask your dentist next time you visit.

i am flushing every day and i am feeling it, very useful. Although i have a question: Is it normal to have bad breath or not mint fresh breath when you wake up in the morning, although you brush and stuff every night? Help me out on this one. Thanks.

Yes. IIRC It's merely a side effect of saliva staying in your mouth (rather than being swallowed) and allowing bacteria to breed. Just brush.

As a rule, brush twice, floss once. However, if you consume sticky carbohydrates like white bread, white rice, candy etc, it's good to brush after then too. Also, flush with water after you drink soda.
