Real Estate Walkthru Checklist?
 
I'm about to close on the apartment in Manhattan...It's finally down to the midpoint of this project, and I want to make sure that when we do the walkthru I know the little gotchas that you can't go back with later on unless they are major.

Does anyone know what I should be looking for?
